About iWriter Writers Getting good Ratings and Comments

Hello, I had an anonymous reader, to my blog, who commented about, approval rates, and gave a short guidance advice, about how to choose a requester. I thank the anonymous reader, but at the same time, I would like to mention, that I do have continuous writing projects on daily basis, where, my articles are not rejected, at this rate, I am not telling there are no rejections at all, or suggestions for corrections at all, it is that, I just got bored of writing their at iWriter. I never liked, the interface, in the first place.
And it is for the anonymous reader, who left an advice for me, I have indeed, written a post, where, one needs to watch out for bad requesters, on iWriter. In case, you haven't had the time to read it, click the link given above.
I do take all precautions before choosing a requester, it is that, when there is no regular writing work, and I am bored, I take up, writing at these websites, but I found, that iWriter is not good for those, writers, who take up writing projects, occasionally, on their website.
If you can pose as a requester and write an article at the same time, you can get to know many things, about the website's performance. In fact I see many of them try to test the website this way. They mention in the subject, not to write, that they will reject, have you ever seen such an assignment, it is that these are being tested for website's performance and glitches in it.
I have moved on, from using iWriter, but I am getting many comments and responses from writers, (one from India, who commented, he is enjoying good, requesters there, and a good promotion to premium writer too), having had, good experience there.
I did not write any post, on iWriter, since very long, because i had stopped using it. Now that, I had two of my readers, comment that they had, good experience, there, I would like to inform the same to others, wary of joining iWriter.
It is a good place to practice writing, as there is no fee to join or get paid. But be prepared to pay, a minimal fee, when transferring the money during cashing out, and they charge it very cleverly. It is not known until, one is following their earnings very closely. But, They do deserve such nominal fee for maintaining such huge real time database of articles online.
Just curious, Can you imagine, how many articles iWriter might be having, if they, give it to spun machines? This idea, gave me creeps, I simply stopped writing articles for iWriter, after that.

Gifties on Toluna Seem Suspicious

I was all enthusiasm, after I had found, my vouchers were safe, and sound, even though, I hadn't redeemed them at Toluna, since very long time. Now there is a catch with points earned at Toluna and my vouchers are not visible :(
Points earned expire after 16 months, finally found this in, FAQ section, not good old tutorial. It is very bad indeed. This will completely snatch away chance of earning slowly, via, daily polls, than qualified surveys. Not everybody is qualified for a survey, and they may have to earn points, by choosing sponsored surveys, which are short and give good points. I do not qualify for half the surveys, and if I am screened out, I get a prize ticket entry, which is useless, for these are a way to lure people to lose their points.
Now Gifties are just that, a lure, but need few hundreds of points. It is no surprise people are giving away Gifties to each other. With, points expiring so soon, one may think they may get lucky to get a gift, if they send the same to others. This sounds ridiculous idea, and is a way to take away points earned in daily sponsored polls.
Now, I must say, I completely lost interest in Toluna again. I could not even find my vouchers, (due to glitch with data loading or may be they expired. They did not even inform me, if they were being deleted because they expired. As far as, I remember, the voucher expired by April 2013). Did you have similar experience at Toluna. Share Yours with me.

A New Toluna Website for India

Hi all,
I got into habit of using Toluna again, just to know, what changes are happening there, so that I can write about them. When I signed in few months ago, I was welcomed with a sign that said, New website for Toluna India. Now it is indeed new, looks good on the outset, and always a pleasure to use, if one knows what to stay away from.
The tabs are now simpler, and easy to follow. With all content, pertaining to a user, categorized accordingly. But like all new revamped websites, Toluna does experience its own set of glitches. There is one more worrying pointer, that I observed, when I checked my points. It says, a certain number of points earned are going to expire. This was strange. I have to find more about it, With no tutorials, and poor loading times, and many glitches, it is not possible to verify all of it by now itself.
It may take some more time, for Toluna to regularize, its website and become efficient like old times. There is nothing more to do than wait for it.

Toluna or MyLot

I have given an introduction about both the websites, and have found they are quite similar in the way they reward its users. While Toluna's way of awarding points is quite lucid and follows rules set by themselves, (one can also trace each point awarded), myLot is different in this regard. Sometimes, one may earn many dollars, while few days they may have to be satisfied with only few cents. There is no clear rule or a defined way of awarding points. Few users at myLot adviced I use, search bar in my page at myLot to earn faster, but at the same time, they warned me, to refrain from excess usage. Rules for awarding money are not disclosed nor are transparent when it comes to myLot.

Toluna Advantage

  1. Toluna is far better, than myLot, when one is able to control that urge from participating in sweepstake entries. They are just for namesake, as far as I have observed, because, a winner is the one who has not been using Toluna for quite a long duration.
  2. Points awarded are easily tracked, under the You tab, with a header, Your points.
  3. It is quite easy to get along in Toluna, even for a newbie. I did not take much time, to understand it. Mylot on the other hand, does not give such a detailed description of cents earned. It just gives money awarded for that day, according to usage.
  4. Explore tab in Toluna is quite useful for one can get started, and be involved in discussions, surveys and start earning from it. There is also helpful tutorial to help understand how to earn from Toluna.

MyLot

  1. Well, mylot is a place for everybody to socialize, connect and earn meanwhile. It is best, when all the friends are logged in and start various interesting discussion threads and thank the users who reply with an advice. I had used this discussion board, seeking advice for my personal problems.
  2. Discussions can be anything, but one should thread them to appropriate keywords, to be categorized accordingly.
  3. If one is polite enough, to rate others, and advice others with positive notes, they may earn a great deal.
  4. One can also search and click tabs according to their interest, there are many out there, from writing to laughing, there is category for every activity one can think of.
  5. There are rewards for uploading pictures at mylot, provided, there are no copyright issues with them.
  6. I had a user, who advised me about how to earn at myLot. There are many posts out there, which advice on earning from myLot.
  7. Always keep an eye on guidelines, else you might end up losing your account and money in it.

Something About Toluna

Hi all,
I had to check my favorite website links that I haven't used for more than a year, to find Mylot and Toluna links yesterday. These two were quite good, Toluna and Mylot work on common factor. Both reward their users My lot gives in dollars and cents and, Toluna gives them their own Toluna points, which needs to be redeemed appropriately when one earns enough points.

The Good
Until some time ago, there was no way to redeem points for people who registered and used Toluna from India, but soon, Indiatimes vouchers, and Flipkart vouchers were made available. I would have welcomed if Toluna users were paid for points with dollars via Paypal. In fact many of my discussions and polls were always based on, need for improved payment method at Toluna.
There are many independent short surveys available for a user at Toluna, which keep the points coming in. Also, Toluna awards points, when one answers the questions posed by others with more than 30 words(May be more now, haven't checked).
There are also other long surveys, which award higher points. There is also a tutorial available from Toluna, about how to earn more points.  For different country users, options available for redeeming points may differ.

Be Warned!
I had earned more than 40,000 points at Toluna, never entered Sweepstake entries, for I always found them to be a way of taking away points by Toluna. A sweepstake winner would always be the one, who hadn't used Toluna for more than a month. I myself found such congratulatory wishes from few people when I had not logged in for more than a year.

Is it Safe?
But they haven't forfieted my account or took away my points, for not using my account for more than a year. My points were safe, and I remember applying for two, 200 rupee Indiatimes voucher(You need a minimum of 20,000 points to redeem coupons or being rewarded). I went and checked for it today, they are there, safe, I just need to shop online to redeem these coupons.

Are You suitable?
For a person, who is able to spend lots of time, creating polls, opening discussions and answering questions, it is a good way to earn decent points. Remember, You are always safer, without entering a sweepstake.
Happy registering then..

A Website Called Mylot

Hi all,
I had found out about mylot a long time ago, from a blog that listed, this website among others, which pay its users for logging in and using it. I had to use it, because at that time, I was desperately searching for work from home. I thought it might be a scam, but since it was free and did not see any complaints, I went ahead and got registered.
If I remember correctly, it did deposit some money when I got registered, I do not know, If it is still the same, because I haven't used it for more than a year. When a user does not login to their account after more thab 60 days, all the money deposited gets deducted, unlike iWriter, which had my money with them(at least it showed in my account).
Coming to this website, It does not pay money, when one simply logs in, they have to keep using it, and create threads of discussion, that encourage, fellow mylotters(its what people who use Mylot are called), into discussing. The more one uses it, the more they are paid. It is better not to have high hopes to earning high from mylot, as soon as one is registered with.
There is something called MyLot reputation, which is weird to understand, and is illustrated in color coded stars beside a mylot user.
There had been lots of things that I never understood about mylot. With a writer hiring me for continuous writing projects, I just stopped using myLot once and for all, and few dollars that I earned there, just vanished.
It is a good website, if one is good at posing questions, and starting discussions and has lots and lots of free time. Participation level in myLot is determined by number of discussions that you started or you replied. It is also important to rate others, so that they rate you when you post something on their discussion.

Can You Really Earn by Blogging

Hi all,
Everybody owns a blog. It is their own little space, in the infinite universe called World Wide Web. But the question is, Do you get to earn from your blogs? I use blogs to express myself, but with Google Adsense, I was made to believe, that I can earn from my blogs. Remember, there is always a catch. The readers who visit my blog have to click ads that I choose to place using Ad Sense. Now, Who will want to click ads, when they are interested in blogs like mine. My blog simply lets others know, about my experience with any website that claims to give easy money online.
I checked so many websites there, but being inclined to writing, I would always choose websites that needed writers. Data entry jobs, are a strict no no for me, for I am not very fast with fingers, unless there are ideas to be poured out. That explains, Why I failed the test at Data Outsourcing Hub website. Those days, I was desperate for some job that can be done from home, and attempted the test, but was not fast enough for them.
That was one of the few genuine data entry website I had found when searching. All others were, asking for one time registration fee. I happened to find a blog that listed all links to such genuine websites that helped one work from home, online.
But, I guess that blog would have been deleted by now(just like mine a few days ago), assuming that blog owner is into affiliate marketing. Unless, the blog owner specifies that he or she does not intend to earn from these links, it would not have been up by now.
I searched with keywords like Genuine survey websites, which landed me into this blog. It sure was very informational. To be frank, that blog changed my life. For, I came to know about blogs being useful. If I had not got in touch with a main writer, I had good mind to do similar work, but with a difference. I would talk about my experience and present my own review about a website or opportunity.
Coming back to topic of, earning from blogs, If Google does not allow affiliate marketing, there is no way one can earn good enough, with plain Adsense in their blogs from Blogger. I searched for other blogging websites, and found there are many out there. But no website specifies, if they allow affiliate links in their blogs. There is one website called Weebly which lets a user put up links to other websites or blogs. I happened to divert lot of audience from this website to my blog, initially.
But, there is lot of finer print to read, which seems a boring and tedious tasks. Ask me to search some information on Web, I am full of enthusiasm, but reading whole lot of documents, especially guidelines for blogs, seems uninteresting to me.
So, the bottom line is, If a blog enjoys very good traffic, there are chances that these visitors are interested in  something that is being displayed on the ads. So, earning using Adsense makes sense, when thousands of visitors, visit a blog and click many advertisements. Do you have so many visitors to your blog?

SkillPages - Is it Useful

I had also registered with Skill Pages, thinking it to be a platform, where I can meet clients interested in hiring writers. Registration did not take long, for I used my Facebook account to get registered. I had to complete my profile and give details of type of skill, I had, options I preferred, etc. It said get hired using connections, and then I found I had to recommend my skills to my friends, I did not like this concept at all.
If I did need a favor from my friends, I would have directly asked them, Why make them get registered with SkillPages. This concept looked like a ploy to get many email addresses for email lists. So, I did not recommend myself to any of my friends.
I started getting mails from SkillPages, which began with a welcome note, and which explained How I could gain from my network of connections. If I had good connections, Why would I be registering with Skillpages in the first place.
These days, mails I get from skillpages include opportunities that it thinks match my profile. I got a mail sometime ago, which had links to an opportunity for a freelance writer. Price offered for an article also seemed decent enough, only problem was, when I clicked the link, my chrome could not find it. Now that was fishy.
I do not like such websites that are not easily found. I realized I could never login by clicking on the link given in my mail. I had to search for skillpages online and then login, for I had not bookmarked this page yet. But when, I am logged in facebook, I can easily login to my account and also search for opportunities.
I did see one such good opportunity, the person who is searching for writing skills, also seemed polite enough and welcomed sample articles, hoping to hire a writer in his team.
When I wanted to apply for this opening, It just gave me a text box and an apply button. I assumed I have to paste my sample article, in this text box. But alas! I could not paste more than 400 words.. When the writer wants around 600 word articles, I should be able to post at least a 400 word article and talk about myself too. There is also no option to attach sample articles. The text box was actually meant to introduce myself.
Given the website's poor performance(it takes lots of time to apply, or browse), I am yet to find, if it is useful to get registered with.

Which is Best for me, iWriter or Elance?

If you ask me, which is the best, I would never choose one :)
It all depends on what kind of leisure one has, which can be used for writing. If one has lots of time and wants to focus writing on, single topic only, then elance would be the better choice, for a writer. At elance, a writer or contractor, has to write the whole project and not just a part of it.
But for writers who get bored of searching and researching the same topic for anything interesting to write, iWriter is the best choice.
Everything depends on one's ability and interest.
I used to write for iWriter, whenever I was bored of writing articles on same topic for the main writer. It was that sometimes, I would need to write 20 to 60 articles on same topic, but the time span would surely be longer, extended over a month if the number of articles was more than 50. My usual speed helped me finish articles, anywhere between 20 to 25 on same topic, each week.
But to break the monotony, I would not mind writing one or two extra articles on different subject, every day. This is how, iWriter came into picture.
At elance, I have just sent my bid proposal, after being invited by the client himself/herself. I am hoping to have good experience with every client, be it on iWriter or on elance. I just need to be careful before I choose a requester at iWriter though.
Do post your experiences at any of these websites.

Comparing Elance and iWriter

I am attempting to compare the two platforms for online work, since I happened to be registered with both the websites. I would like to say, that both are good and bad at the same time. Good because of some aspects, bad always because of bad type of clients. But with elance, a bad client cannot do any harm, once the project is accepted, unless the contractor was very bad and reported to elance authorities for duping the client. But in iWriter, it is easier to get project, but difficult to get money. For beginners, I would always suggest to go with iWriter, because it is faster to cash out, while in elance, one has to wait endlessly for their bid to be approved. I was quite disappointed when one of the project closed saying that it was cancelled, at elance, but there was nothing to loose here.  But for me, that does not change things at all. I am not even interested in writing for these websites anymore, for I found another writer who hired me for few projects that have big budgets and needs constant write ups.
Coming back to comparison, I would like to list the advantages of iWriter over elance first and then proceed to write the other way.

iWriter Over elance

  • One basic advantage of iWriter is, all projects for standard writers, are for everybody to write, but only when the client approves, does the writer get his money. This is unlike the bid process of elance, where is unsure about bagging a project, in the first place.
  • It is easier to earn money, by writing short product reviews, SEO articles for a website, but at elance, even small budget projects need one to bid and wait until the project time expires.
  • One can set the minimum balance to cash out and choose to get paid, at flexible time of the week. Payment is done via Paypal which is safer than any other online money transfer option.
  • Once one gets hold of a good requester and watches out for projects from him or her, it is easier to get good rating and advance from a standard writer to elite, provided, the requester likes writer's style of writing.
  • There is tough competition at elance, (iWriter is also catching up now, there are hardly any good requesters for standard writers), making it impossible for a beginner to bag a project in the first place.

Elance over iWriter

  • There are no chances of rejections for silly reasons, after one bags a project. A contractor may be contacted again and again for corrections needed in the project. This seems good, because it gives the writer a good experience and makes him or her learn what his or her mistakes are. iWriter has very few requesters who ask the writer to correct the mistake and rework on an article, and pay him or her when it turns out good.
  • Many firms for writing are making their presence felt at elance, which means that if one is hired by a writing firm, they have greater chances of bagging writing projects at elance.
  • This website is a platform for all sorts of work that can be done online. Under writing work, there are more than thirteen categories and projects keep coming every day, it sure looks good when one calculates the probability of bagging a project. It is perfect, if one has proved themselves to be good and earned good ratings from earlier clients.
But, depending on whether one is a professional writer, or a freelancer, one can choose either of the websites and start earning online.

elance - Are you Verified Contractor Yet?

I happened to see a verified badge on a profile of a contractor(writer) in elance. This intrigued me. I knew about ratings given by clients to contractors and this rating is considered best when it is 5 stars, but this tag seemed strange. There was link that said, Know more about it. I clicked it to understand what it was.
It said, the contractors ID is verified through a skype video call, and needs one to submit few details about themselves. This was a process to create a healthy professional atmosphere and win trust of the clients.
This needs one to submit their skype details and a scanned copy of government ID, a thumbnail size photo of the contractor and schedule a time for interview.
Good news is all free members who joined as contractors can also get themselves verified. This will have some good impression over the client. I can say this, because many projects which are open for bidding ask for a contractor who has a skype account and is accessible easily.
As a second writer, I have seen, that a writing project will need many changes in ideas, the presentation and some times the keywords, so that the article turns out to be satisfactory in client's point of view. This is why being accessible to the client is an important necessity.
If one is skeptical about not uplaoding government ID, they better stick to being unverified, but mention whether they have a skype account or are they accessible all the time, while bidding for a project. While doing so, they should not violate the guideline about providing contact information to the clients in any form.
Being verified contractor, will obviously gain trust of client.

elance - Bidding Right

I had been searching a lot of tips for bidding right on elance. I was lucky to have found another writer who has hired me, part time. This will help me maintain cash flow, particularly through the difficult phase of getting a project at elance, with some funds held up at iWriter, waiting for cash out. Bidding for work is sure tricky business. We cannot simply advertise about ourselves while bidding.
I read a post which said, If the client, asks for a specialization like wordpresser expert, it is better to begin the introduction with, the years of experience being a wordpress user and write about proficiency level. Since I was searching for low budget projects, which were priced below $70,( It had to be small projects for me, because I wrote when ever I was free, I being a home maker and mom to a kid who is almost five, need to be on my toes. I squeeze time to work for a writer bid at elance, search about ways to improve on my profile and not to mention, blog about my experience:) I found many projects available and many bidders sending their sealed proposals.
Coming to bidding techniques. I understood that, it is difficult to bid for low budget projects, because, all the star rated writers and firms bid, for them too, even if the price offered is lesser than what they demand. This is a tact to lure a novice who is trying elance platform as a client, into hiring them. With some extra dollars spent, they can be assured that, work is done, neatly and professionally. This is what they are made to believe. While the other, types of client, who are searching for writers who are ready to write for very less pay will eventually find the lowest bidder.
This does not mean that lowest bidder is the one who gets the project. We should understand two things here, One is there is tough competition, even for low budget projects, second, is we will have to be negotiable and mention the same, in the bid. This opens up a discussion and may culminate into a good project deal, when handled correctly. I will be discussing about all types of projects and which is suitable for whom, in my coming posts.

elance - Understood that Profile is Important

Hi all,
elance is a website, where every firm will have registered itself, and their profile will definitely be more impressive to look at, than a freelancer's profile. It is tough to get a project, if one were not paying attention to informing the client about themselves. I read many profiles which had so many superlative terms for themselves. Few started with, You have come to right place, while few began with I am experienced with so and so. But a fair and simple profile would not even get a second glance. So what makes a profile impressive?
Sad things is, there is no standard rule or follow procedure to chalk out an impressive profile, because a good profile for a client may not seem good, for the other. So, is dropping all superlatives the key or using them?
I would say a right mix should be able to get one's profile the needed second glance.
There was this profile, which I liked very much, if I were a client and in search of a Writing project, I would have hired this writer. It was obvious that this person was not taking the other's time for granted, nor was it very weak, in its advertising. It began with the experience that this person had, and since this person had already done a few projects and was rated good, it had a good summary of his or her credentials. Also, there were milestones that were achieved, and this gave the necessary sheen to this profile.
But all this may go waste, unless, one knows what type of client they are targeting. There are few who settle with writers who write well, at cheaper rates, while few do not mind spending few more dollars if they find an author who says he or she can deliver it right and make it look superior to others.
So, if one is looking for clients with small budgets, they better create a profile that is short and sweet, with just enough details about experience and focus on the pricing. A newbie may have to quote lower values, to be able to earn stars and milestones before, hiking their price per article or number of words.
Under writing category alone, there are so many projects available, but so are, many writers and writing firms. It is always safer to join in, as a firm than go separate, unless they have credentials to back their claims.
Will write more about bidding and procedure on elance, in my future articles.
For those of you who have just registered and are expecting full fledged assignments, and depressed they are not getting any, Breathe easy, browse through so many impressive profiles out there and create one good one for yourself. A writer on elance, needs to focus on many things before he or she gets, actual projects to write, with one of them being, ablility to draft a perfect profile.

elance What is this?

I heard about elance from a relative, who was all praises for this website. Unlike iWriter, where writers were pooled for clients who are searching for content writers, this website pools every kind of talent and categorizes them neatly. Categories range from website building to programming, apart from writing. This is quite good, considering I am from an Engineering discipline and was working as a C programmer, until I had to call it quits, some six years ago.
There are so many projects that are available here online, that one may get very excited after they register with it. I have just registered, but I do need some getting used to, time for this website. There are indeed lots of confusing things here, first and foremost being the Pricing that a bidder has to provide, when he or she or a firm bids for a project.
Yes!!, even a company can register here and take projects online. But, one should always abide by guidelines, no contact information has to be provided, in the bid or any communication to the client.
This is indeed great, but I am yet to find a good project here. There are also ratings, about which I will write, once I get into a good writing project, for now I am comfortable writing than programming. I am still exploring the FAQ section of this website, for now. Will keep you all posted as and when I understand about this online website. It sure seems good, just like iWriter did when I first registered with it.
Happy registering then ;)

iWriter Watch Out for Poor Requesters

At iwriter, I have been getting only bad requester proposals for articles. While few are very vague in their instructions, few are too very specific about keyword density to be 3%, which makes the article not very good to read.
I have always found that, my hunch about a requester being bad, turned out right after, they reject it for silly reasons, stating grammar errors and rejection at article directory website was the most popular reason for my articles being rejected. Few, quoted saying, it needed correction at multiple spaces and hence it was rejected. While few are honest enough to tell that it needed correction and hence it was awarded four/five stars instead of five, and accept the content.
The question is, How can the requester who rejects the article on the basis of poor grammar or needing correction, use the article they rejected, again for their purpose. If Brad Callen had ensured that an article once rejected would not be shown to the requester, or cannot be copied from the same link, it would make things better for innocent writers being taken for a ride by the bad requesters.

Ways to Avoiding Bad Requesters:

  • Stay away from requesters with poor approval rate. I would not even care to look what is the assignment, if the approval rate is less than fifty percent. A few who are very confident of their writing skills or experience, may want to take chance, but I always found them to be people who reject articles without giving proper reasons.
  • Unclear Instructions is one other thing to watch out for, when choosing a requester. If the requester does not give all details about what the article should deal with, it is better to move on to search other good rated requesters.
  • Never go for short articles, and waste your time, because, they are rejected for silliest of the reasons. I had one of the requester do the same. He had submitted about 100 articles each about 150 words for scrape metal statues, and kept on rejecting every time, and by the time he rejected mine, his approval rate had fallen down to 20%. It was just about 45% when I started writing only three of his articles, as I din't want to waste all my time, only to find they were rejected later on. You can check the product description here and give your feedback. And my hunch about his rejection came out true, when he said it was poor in grammar and rejected all of my articles.

Do You think they Use rejected articles?
I feel very strongly that these rejected articles are used by requesters, as the primary data that can be corrected, because they get it for free, without paying much to the writer. What do you feel about it?

Not Happy with iWriter

I am posting the product description articles that were rejected by a requester, saying wrong grammar.
Do post your comments, if you had similar experience..

Z'Gock Statue

It is the coolest replica of MSM07 ZGok suit, that is handmade to woo all the Z'Gock suit lovers who love to watch Principality of Zeon. Use of nuts and spark plugs for art work, makes this piece of art, quite innovative and special for decorative stuff.

Z'Gock statue is about 7 inches(10 cm tall) in dimension and is inspired by Z'Gock suits that are observed in one year war, fought in Principality of Zeon series, specifically used when attacking the Earth. Zeon fans will find this statue nearing in perfection to the MSM07 suit, which is used for faster movement, in and out of water. This scrape metal sculpture available at Art From Steel weighs just about 1.40lbs(0.64Kgs). Art piece of miniature sizes are appreciated and well received by art lovers all over. The highlight of this statue is the missile launcher that looks so simple but profound and gives this statue its identification of the Z'Gock suit.

Miniature Tennis Statue for all Game lovers

Of the 29 reviews I had, 8 requesters quoted the same reason, for rejection, Grammar. Of the others, one requester said acceptable content, but all the rest were full of praises for me. I think I will search for online classes for Grammar and find out my faults. I want to become a premium writer at iWriter, and i need at least three five star reviews for that.

iWriter Again

Hello all,
I had taken a long break from writing here on my blog, and returned to write just a few weeks ago. In fact I logged into iWriter again only a week ago. I found the iWriter website now better, safe and secure too. Earlier, I could access my page, even if I closed the window and reopened this link from history tab. But this time, once I close the window, it prompts me to login again, when I click any link in my iWriter account.

As i have written earlier, I am yet to become a Premium writer at iWriter, I was four more reviews short, when I stopped writing for it. There are all kinds of requesters, there at iWriter, few who go all out to give a tip, when they get a good article, few reject without even citing reasons, or give improper reasons. One such requester had asked me to write content for a free gaming website, and rejected it saying, it would be rejected from the article submission, directory.
It is always safer to choose requesters with higher approval rates, to avoid poor rating. My ratings were surely affected by bout of few silly rejections, but (thank God) the good requesters who rated me five stars were the life savers.
Meanwhile I got in touch with a main writer, who needed a second writer, for working regularly, and I happened to fit in the bill, who can give the raw data by doing all the research. I took this chance and now, I can say that it was a good decision to start working for her. She trained me, corrected my mistakes and taught me the nuances of SEO, its importance.
Now, after two years of successful work, I am jobless again, and in search of writing assignments, but this time, I am confident of finding right venues. I have iWriter to maintain a healthy cash flow at hand.

Of late I have been searching for high paying writing ventures and I happened to find Academic Experts, but it needs heavier academic background like Masters or Ph.D. There is also 4Writers.net which does not need such high a qualification, but both test grammar and English proficiency, before hiring. I thought it would be helpful if you happened to be quite good at English, even if you do not have Masters or Ph.D degrees to your credit.

Happy searching then!!

Making Money Online or Loosing It?

Its hard not to believe a website that promises on providing a constant payment, through online work. These work at home jobs are so popular, that we can see world wide web full of e-books claiming they have shared the secret success of making money online. But what many fail to see is they are loosing money, than making any of it. They are simply collecting many booklets, though they are very conveniently priced. In fact, many booklets are advertised with some free advice on staying away from such fraudulent books and also add in the end, that when you have tried so many, have a go at this book too! After all it wont cost you much. This is a clever way of convincing a person into buying anything.

After buying it, you will not be surprised to find the same old content given in a new cover and title. If any website claims that this book has enormous potential, be skeptical, because this is the way to stay safe and not lose money online. A dollar saved is dollar earned and if you are able to stay clear of scams in your endeavor to find a legitimate opportunity to making money online, you will have saved great many dollars. A genuine work at home opportunity will surely not be needing any investment, unless and until, one aims to open their own home business and create work at home opportunities for others.

In fact, if you had taken a break from career due to any reason, this stay can be used to pursue your dreams, innermost ones and also create more job opportunities. To be able to identify the field you will shine, you will have to listen to your heart and try to live your dream. For example, if you were passionate about painting or any art work, that had to be neglected due to work place stress, take this opportunity to revive your skills at it. Do not worry if you have lost touch, Internet is full of information and you have to comb through it to get right advice and training.

I had a deep interest towards stitching, sketches and so many other activities. I have used this opportunity to be at home to pursue each activity and hone my skills at it. In fact, I have stitched few outfits for my darling daughter, whom I adore. I had to quit my desk job to take care of her, to be with her. I tried sketches too, but time seems to have taken away that skill from my hands :( But there nothing you cannot achieve, with practice :). So I am just having go at it, every now and then. This may not sound good, if you are simply interested in making money online. But who knows!! tomorrow, your paintings may be a craze or you may be able to open a boutique, be positive. Being hopeful does not mean we should not be alert. Scams are successful, when people are always on lookout for quick money. If you are a mom like me, and feel stressed (quite obviously) due to all this searching, relax, and have a good read here.
